To evaluate long-term services and supports, the 5th edition of the Scorecard compiles data on 50 indicators which are organized into 5 dimensions of LTSS. It also includes new indicators and new ways of analyzing and displaying data to provide a more comprehensive picture of state performance. In 2023 for the first time, the Scorecard includes indicators of state policy in addition to the traditional metric indicators. Detailed scoring methodology and source information for all indicators can be found in the full report Methodology.
